Spacious, modern, four bedroom, two bathroom terrace house with full central heating, sunny patio and on-road parking, on the doorstep of the much sought after local shopping area of Heavitree, and within a five minute drive (or bus) or fifteen minute walk to Exeter City Centre.

Totally refurbished throughout to an immaculate standard in November 2012.  The house provides a light, airy, homely yet modern, professional feel and is suitable to accommodate 8-10 people. Full UPVC double glazing throughout.

BEDROOM 2 : Twin solid minimalist pine beds with lamp, mirror and drawers. Built in shelves and built in wardrobe. Overlooking the rear patio.

BEDROOM 3 : A front facing bedroom  with double bed and single bunk bed over head with drawers, lamp and a mirror.

BATHROOM: Toilet, sink with large mirror and shaver socket above, full bath with shower over, shower screen and towel rail.


BEDROOM 4 WITH ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM: A light airy single room with  a single solid minimalist pine bed, two velux windows, shelving and hanging rail. SHOWER ROOM: sink, mirror, corner quadrant shower and toilet and velux window.
