Occupying a pleasant location in this very central neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of the two main line railway stations, Princeshay and the Guildhall Shopping Centres. Exeter University and the Northcott Theatre are about one mile away.

The accommodation, with ample electric power points and central heating radiators throughout comprises:

Double Bed with ensuite shower room, pine wardrobe and dressing table, with matching drawer unit  and television. upstairs to
LOUNGE DINER
with two large leather sofas. upstairs to the upper landing BEDROOM 2 with two pine single beds, dressing table drawers and fitted mirrored shelving and wardrobes. (An additional single mattress is stored under one bed for occasional guests).
KITCHEN
with full sized electric oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, numerous cupboards and drawers. Fully equipped with pans, pots, mugs, glasses, crockery and cutlery etc.
