Refurbished throughout 2003 and awarded the Tourist Board's three star award, this house is situated in a favoured residential neighbourhood about one mile from the City Centre. The local shopping centres in Heavitree, Magdalen Road and Livery Dole are within a few hundred yards. Frequent bus services and the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital are close by. There is at present some unrestricted on street parking. A garage is sometimes available to rent with this property at a small additional cost.
