This three bedroom modern link house (1972) has full gas-fired central heating and accommodates a maximum of 5 people in a prime residential neighbourhood. • The nearest train station is Central Station around 3 mile away.
• The nearest bus stop to town in 500 yds away and local taxi firms throughout Exeter can be summoned.
• We can arrange for shopping to be delivered on arrival for a small charge. There is a wide range of shops, banks, hairdressers and pubs etc including a large Somerfied Supermarket in the local shopping area of Heavitree 500 yards away.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• There is restricted on street parking in Barrack Road. Sometimes it might be possible to rent the garage that is assigment to the house.
Main Entrance & Reception
• The main door is 78cms wide and up two steps.
• Once inside there is a door into the lounge area measuring 73cms
• The free space within the lounge is 230cms by 330cms
• A sliding door proceeds into the kitchen and dining area. Units and cookers are 90cms high. Free space in the dining area is 80 x 100cms
• The entry hallway leads upstairs by 14 stairs to the bathroom and three bedrooms.
• The single room has a single bed and a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers with free space of 73 x 120cms

Our self catering flat is on the second floor of a block of privately owned residential flats. Visit Britain quality assurance self catering 3 star property. • We can arrange for shopping to be delivered on arrival for a small charge. There is a Costcutter supermarket just across the road from the carpark which is open 8 till late and a large Sainsburys and Aldi's within a 5-10 minute drive.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• There is a carpark at the side of the block of flats, ours is marked with a letter "X" and is suitable for one car.
• The car park is level with two steps up to the front door which opens outwards and involves one further step. Door width 83cm.
• The lift is accessed by 6 further steps down or up.
• The entrance to the apartment is through a heavy self closing fire door and one step down. Door entrance width to apartment 78cm
• There is a step up into the entrance of the flat.
